Rare Barrel's Sourtooth Tiger has the best nose i've ever smelled on a beer, and everything I tasted here was fantastic.

Sour beers get their characteristic twang from a secondary bacterial fermentation. Think beer mixed with kombucha.

Sours are out of control good. The atmosphere is great too - think of drinking in an industrial warehouse in a hipster's idea of a secret clubhouse. Mustaches abound.

If you're not a sour beer fan, then stay away. Amazing sours! Unfortunately, no samplers. If you go in a group, split tall glasses and share them. Too many sours will upset your stomach.
