    If you plan on sitting in the lobby/bar area for a drink, I wouldn't bother, you'd be better off going to your room ordering room service than waiting for the waitress to notice or serve you...😒

    Terrible check in experience- room not ready- staff can’t give estimate for 3 hours now - very apathetic attitude- unacceptable for a hotel of this category- concierge poorly trained... last stay here
