Excellent, friendly instructors who guide you in proper joint mechanics and alignment whether you're doing pilates, cardio intervals , or challenging weight training. Communal but not cliquey.

Bounce with Jess at noon on Sundays is an incredible workout! Cardio, weight training and ab work, all while getting to be silly and having fun.

The classes rock and it's a bonus to be able to get trained by Pilates instructors who are also personal trainers.
