Just to clarify--The upgrade offer IS available for any reservation, if you checkin on Foursquare, have a reservation already booked and a suite is vacant and available.
Peter NLuglio 30, 2011If you can, go to Tre. Great Italian restaurant in the Fairmont at 401 S Alamo. It's close by and they have family portions!!! Great place!- Happy hour every day 4-7 and Haagen Daz pints available for that sweet tooth.

Dario LandazuriAprile 13, 2013The complimentary suite upgrade is only valid if you book directly with the Crockett. No joy if you book through someone else, like Expedia. This is not stated anywhere, and disappoints me. Boo.
The Alamo is a classic, but drinking a Hurricane at Pat O'Briens will get your night started with a bang!

"Amazing hotel! We were on the 22nd floor so we had an amazing view of downtown. Check out the pool on the 5th floor, it's a rooftop pool! It's very close to the river walk for restaurants too!"
