    Canopy's pit beef is just like it should be, crusty on the outside, rare n juicy on the inside. Grab a side of beef tips while you're there too !

    Pit beef rare with the homemade spicy BBQ sauce is how's it's done. Onions and horseradish on top.

    Pit beef, rare, horsey, onion, and BBQ sauce, regular fry and a large birch beer. Truly Baltimore in every sense. Try it, you'll love it!

    The baby back ribs are awesome here! My favorite is the sweet sauce, but the spicy sauce ain't too shabby either !

    It's not on the menu, but ask for 1/2 turkey 1/2 pit beef, it's delicious.
