Derya DenizLuglio 15, 2016First of all, the reception sucks! The receptionis is not kind at all. I waited 4 hours for my bags to come and I also waited 3 hours for the room I already paid to be ready! There is no such excuse.

Alex BlackNovembre 20, 2015Fail hotel. 2pm checkin, but if you want to check in at 130pm that's £50. people looking sad/angry at checkin because so many bullshit rules. £10\day wifi. Bar staff have a care factor of zero. Poor.
Internet outrageous @ 20 pound per day. If you have 30 minutes walk down to regent street and by a prepaid Internet from 3 for 22 pound.- Derya DenizLuglio 15, 2016wifi is so expensive, at least it could've worked... I don't reccomend this place at all. The only good thing? It is near the Oxford Street.
- Breakfast too expensive- go out rear exit, turn right you will find a cafe on the next corner
Total disappointment you can find much better hotels in the same price
TERRIBLE basic amenities ie slippers, water etc. Brilliant service though.
The worst food ever. Restaurant, bar, breakfast all is bad
