Tennis Instruction - Drill Sessons
Beginner-intermediate-advanced tennis instruction our drill sessions offer an intensive tennis instruction and aerobic workout with 1-3 other players. Players must be of the appropriate level and capable of self-hitting and sustaining a workout for the two-hour duration. The program meets once-a-week for 12 weeks. For those who love a weekly time with their coach, our stp is just the ticket. Book your session following the 28-week junior tennis schedule and play at the same time each week. Junior Development Class
Ages 5-17 levels include beginner through tournament competitor. classes are grouped by level and age with 3-5 students per class per pro running Monday through Sunday. our goal is to provide a fun and fast-paced environment where your child's skills and love for this life-long game are sure to grow. Make-Ups Lessons
Just call us when your child is going to miss and you may schedule a make-up lesson any time during the remainder of the season.
Transport
Door-to-door transport is offered from home or school. Tcr picks up from most manhattan and riverdale schools. Transport by tcr is treated most seriously. Our drivers are trained to conduct themselves as you, the parents, would hope. All drivers are year-round employees of tcr, driving tcr's 15-passenger vans and minivans to maximize safety. All vehicles are equipped with two-way communications to keep the office in constant contact with drivers.
saturday and Sunday
Singles tennis matches scheduled for players in advance. tennis matches will be scheduled, as available, between 6:00pm and 10:00pm. for those capable of playing sets, 90 minutes will be reserved and an appropriate opponent will be booked. for younger, just beginning to hit students, an hour will be reserved for practice hitting games between players of similar ages and levels. parents should call by Thursday to reserve a time for their child, allowing the club time to find a partner. This will be done in a caring and safe environment that is certain to make your child enjoy their experience. Junior Membership Privileges
From the date of your deposit until the end of the session, your child will have full club privileges. these include the use of our junior Olympic pool, basketball gymnasium, ping-Pong rec hall, sun deck and our gallery grill. junior members may bring friends, siblings, or mom and dad for a daily guest fee. this includes non-reserved walk-on use of the tennis courts or reserved use at a reduced rate. mom and dad are then welcome to access the adult-only fitness center, pool and aerobic classes.

Camps
Tcr's summer day camps are based at our comprehensive 110,000 square ft. multi-sport family membership facility, complete with six indoor air-cooled tennis courts (plus fourteen outdoor courts in the summer), a 25-yard pool, sundeck, basketball gymnasium, table tennis rec hall, exercise studio and cafe.
Golf Program
(Ages 8-16) following the daily intro/attendance, campers are brought to the mosholu golf course. Here, our campers receive fundamental instruction off the practice tees and on the putting greens, conducted by the mosholu golf professionals. After lunch at the golf course, our "golfers" play nine holes under the guidance of the tcr golf couselors with a ratio of 2 foursomes to each counselor. Course competitions will be held each friday. Ribbons will be awarded for various categories allowing for all to come out a winner. At 3:00 p.M., campers return to tcr for swimming, basketball and table tennis prior to parent pickup and transport home.

Our after school program runs the entire length of your child's school year. Any day that your child has school, our after-school program is here to serve you. Half-days included! This Membership Provides All the Features of Our Senior Membership with the Added Privilege of Walk-on and House Arranged Tennis Matches.
Must Be Between 16 and 22 Years of Age and Provide Valid Student Id. Membership Includes the Use of the Adult Fitness Center (18 and Over), Pool, Exercise Classes, Rec Hall, Basketball Gym and Sundeck.
Entitles the Child Joining with an Adult to Use All Child Appropriate Facilties. A Child Will Not Have Reached Their 16Th Birthday and Will Have Reached Their 3Rd Birthday During the Contract Membership Year.
This Membership Is Designed to Allow a Nanny to Accompany and Supervise the Child Member. This Membership Does Not Allow for Individual Privileges. The Tcr Kidcare Nursery Provides Babysitting 7 Days a Week at an Additional Cost.
Membership Costs
Enrollment Fee
This non-refundable fee covers the cost of membership processing as well as a package of series for each member. Our trainers will provide you with an orientation of our fitness center and help you design the exercise routine/schedule that will best meet your personal fitness goals.
Paid in Full
This paid in full option, along with the one time enrollment fee, pays for your 12 month term of the membership of your choice.
1 Month and 3 Month Option
For those who don't want to commit to a year, we now offer a 1 month and 3 month membership option! Book a tour today to learn more.
Our Gold Members Will Also Receive a One Hour Session with One of Our Tennis Professionals Who Will Assess Your Level for Game Arranging Purpose's, as Well as Give You Suggestions for Development. Services Are Non-Transferable.
Monthly Payment
If a member chooses to pay out the membership over its term we will schedule 12 monthly payments at the rate relative to the specific membership. The first payment includes the enrollment fee and the first full month’s payment. This is not a one month or month to month membership. Payments are scheduled as a courtesy to our members whom are responsible for 12 monthly payments along with the one time enrollment fee. The payment schedule is non-cancelable. A credit card must be on file for this option.
Cancellation Policy
A membership may be terminated and a pro-rated refund will be given only if the member moves more than 25 miles from the club. The membership will be pro-rated 30 days from the receipt of a utility bill from the new residence. Guests are permitted 3 visits and then require a membership.

Massage Therapy
Swedish Massage
(60min/90min) a lighter massage that gently opens up tight muscles and improves health of the skin. Massage utilizes flowing techniques to open locked muscles and free energy blockages - for a tension-relieving experience unlike any other, this treatment will reduce stress, increase circulation, and promote muscle relaxation. It is a rhythmic massage that is very soothing and relaxing. It is widely prescribed by physicians to enhance treatment for insomnia, anxiety and depression.
Aromatherapy
