This is the best work out hands down. I've tried various cross training studios, and never had my @ss handed to me like I do here. Christopher is great and the vibe is awesome.
Such a great workout! I get so much done in an hour. All the instructors are super motivating and push you as well. I highly recommend Sweat Garage to everyone!
Gilt CityGennaio 6, 2011Reap the benefits of personal training in a motivating group atmosphere (read: everyone has their own set of weights). Oh, and don’t bring your iPod: a smart, upbeat soundtrack sets the tone.
This is my favorite place to workout. The instructors are awesome.
