That bizarre flavor on the Big Apple is apple sauce. You should probably pass on that roll.

Maybe it's bc I got brown rice but this was the worst sushi I've ever had. My roll was warm and mushy like reformed gruel. Pricey to boot. You could do better at a mall food court.
