Breakfast buffet is fantastic! Also, breakfast burrito is the bomb! Tip: Kids under 5 eat free buffets with an Adult buffet purchase.
Gelato is fantastic! Chocolate & Strawberry flavors were delicious!!! Also, their pizza was super tasty! Tip: They are not opened 2:30pm-6pm on weekdays. No free parking. Lot across the street is $5.
Military discount; children discount (under 5). Also, their is a line for buying tickets & a line for boarding the boat. Tip: Dad buys tickets while Mom waits in line to board the boat = save time!
Tasty Enchiladas!!! Great chips & salsa! Kids loved their tacos (both hard shell & soft)! Note: This place is 1/2 mile from the river walk; so, wouldn't recommend walking with kids to/from river walk.
Free admission on Tuesdays from 4pm -to- 6pm!!! Nice western exhibits! Family really enjoyed it & kids really liked the miniature mock up of the Alamo!
Great kids activities; review upon arrival. Nice area for playing checkers/chess, touch screen table filled with games, ping pong, pool, & water park! Roast Marshmallows over open fire ;)

Luxury Hotel! Staff pampers their guests. Loved being able to push a button & black out (auto-windows) the entire suite after traveling 22hours. Loved the turn down service & complimentary chocolates.
Nice hotel; oceanfront views require a very long walk back to the elevators or stairs then a long walk back to the beach. No way to walk from the end of the hotel to the beach. Pool is fantastic!
Large gazebo that is great for Birthday parties. Call months ahead to book the park as demand is high for this location!

Great walking/running park - has paved & natural wooded jogging paths. Kids playground areas are fantastic!!! There are multiple children's playgrounds on various sides of park - all are fantastic!
Fantastic children's park! Very nice playgrounds! Nice field to play sports. Plenty of parking. Has a basketball court. Next to stake park, volleyball courts, & library, so you can do multiple things.
Nice park to watch the planes land! Playground is a bit small. Lots of places to picnic around the lake.
Hidden gem; my kids love to picnic on the field! Nice water views, great playground, and a nice field to play sports. Plenty of parking! (Con: No bathrooms; however, walk across street to Gore Park.)

One of the best parks in Dallas! Fantastic water/splash areas for the kids! Really cool climbing areas for the kids. Food Tricks are always a hit!!! (Con: street parking is limited)

Wonderful service & great food!!! Their sandwiches are tasty! Nice patio w/ heat lamps to keep you warm if it's cold out. Ambiance is very nice for lunch or dinner!!!

Get a family pass; you'll love it! My kids & I have visited dozens of times over the last few months. They have a great children's play area on LL. Race dinos, slow motion sports, & play with robots!
