    Once home to bohos, punks and musicians of all sorts, South Street today has a mix of funky clothing stores, sex shops, Irish bars and family restaurants. The overlook at Front Street is worth a look.

    Hit up Jim's Steaks early or late in the afternoon, before or after the noontime lunch crowd hits. A fantastic steak in the middle of this cultural district.

    There are tons of fun stores up and down South Street but the real challenge is finding parking: Try a few blocks away on Pine Street!

    Best place in town. You see all the freaks, all the wild people, restaurants, bars, etc. I usually start at 12th and south and work my way to the pier.

    Cool thrift stores, boutiques and tattoo parlors. Decent restaurants. I prefer the hot dog stand outside of Adidas over lost restaurants there.
