    If you need something from the room service you should call half an hour earlier. Otherwise it's great👍

    Food is great! Best lamb chops so far. But shisha is not good 😕

    Nice and comfortable rooms with horrifically bad service across the board (front desk, pool, restaurants). Only good if you have young kids. Would not come back to this Sofitel location.

    Nice staff, clean and quiet place. Strategic location..if you prefer a higher-floor room, I may tell you, the elevator isn't adequate! Plus, you should take a look at "Sofit" health club..Enjoy!

    Rooms are small, slow service. Not worth the stay, since you're basically paying for facilities which you can access for a small fee.
