Smells like cat piss. Should be shut down. Cruelty to animals. DO NOT BOARD CATS HERE. Disgusting. Apparently don't know how to clean up after cats. Feel bad for the cat I saw there. Will NEVER use.

I've been to animal shelters with better, more cleanly facilities.
