One of the most fun meals I had in Portland. The cheese curds, toasted Brie, and crackers were delicious. It’s worth playing with combinations of the chocolate ganache, honey, mustard, and bread, too.
Stopped at this cafe on a road trip, was blown away. Well-appointed huevos rancheros, pudding-y French toast.
Attendant was knowledgable about local maple syrup history and culinary facts in general, plus friendly and helpful. 👍.
