South Tower internet is spotty to say the least. Center Tower is MUCH better. Need to work? Insist on center tower.

In what world does it make sense that shampoo is free and a bottle of water is $4? Or cable it free but Internet costs $15 a day? I hate this kind of price gouging. Stay elsewhere.

Check in is ALWAYS a nightmare! Horrible!! Make sure you have plenty of time because it will take forever just to get to the registration desk due to the long lines!

One of the worst hotel experience ever! Room key didn't work at least 5 times during my stay. My coworker saw a bug in her bed! :-/ had to move to another room.

The hotel management here is underpowered, often rude and non-responsive. Do not book here through a third party like Hotwire, you're begging for confusion and conflict.

Wow, not up to standard for SPG...is this a doubletree? Not only is the hotel drab and outdated, but the air quality and personal service is subpar at best.
