الخدمة ممتازه و الغرف نظيفة و أثاثها حلو، بوفيه الفطور كان حلو و متنوع باستثناء القهوة كان مستواها سيء

İbadet için otelin yeri çok uygun Ravza-i Mutahhara'ya çok yakın. Yemek salonu çok küçük biraz sıkışıklık oluyor.

Nicely decorated hotel, close to masjid nabawi, dirty carpet, noisy aircon, terrible lifts, terrible coffee during breakfast, terrible cleaning staffs, can't understand why they have high rating

السنه الماضيه كان الفندق ممتاز لكن مادري ليش مستواه تدهور بشكل فضيع هالسنه، الخدمات سيئه، الاستقبال كنهم مالهم خلق وموظف المطعم اقوله ابي طاوله بفطر يقولي والله الوضع زي ما انتي شايفه! وين المهنيه؟؟!

Rooms are good and staff is very helpful however there is no lobby and elevators are far from each others and very crowded.

One of the worst hotels ever.. the carpet had stains and burnt out in some areas.. the a/c wasn't working so I had to stay in the lobby and waited for along of time so I could have another room..

Decor is nice, but this is definitely not a 5 star hotel. The rooms and corridors are filthy, the service is horrible, and the food is pretty bland. All in all, I won't be staying here again.

One of the worst hotels i have ever stayed. Dust everywhere, could not sleep. Small cups for the meals. Terrible lifts.Busy all the time. Never ever Will stay. Staying streets is definitely better
