Great hotel for business travelers. Great location, great service and Jasper's is a pub attached to hotel... Great food great drinks... Great place to take your laptop and work in the evening!

The rooms are small, but it is a very cool old building and the bed and pillows are soooo comfy. My hotel of choice in SF.

Clean rooms and great staff - not a great part of town ... Don't bring the kids here! Internet incredibly slow along with the tub drain.

Nice building. Rooms a little cramped but comfortable. Breakfast can be slow but you have honey honey up the road ! Lighting in the rooms could be improved .

Don't know if they have changed the wifi as it seems very speedy to me! Of course I'm from Australia so we are used to slow internet haha

Nice boutique hotel with affordable rates. Expect small rooms but there are nice amenities.

The rooms are small (they gym is even smaller) but the service is huge! You’ll want for nothing in this hotel and you can’t beat the location.

Nice place. The restaurant downstairs has great service but is way, WAY overpriced. All in all, we're having a nice visit.

The hotel is showing signs of its age. Glad it had a gym and tea and coffee in the morning. Disappointed that the business centre charged for internet usage / printing

Самый худший отель за 3 поездки в СФ. Еле дышащий вайфай, в номере нет кофемашины, Полотенца вешаются на неуклюжие держатели, которые все роняют.
