Never done when they say they will be. Very frustrating. Many hours spent in front of the tv! Nice people though.

Service is horrible, and you'll be waiting 3 Weeks for your car when they said it'll be a week..

Be prepared to wait a while for your oil change. Took about an hour for our 2000 Jetta.
