    The special with prosciutto and hot sauce was prepared excellently by a very friendly server. Try any of the locally sourced cheeses and test their knowledge.

    Around 60-70 varieties of American-made cheese offered here! Try the smoked Salvatore ricotta! Soft, airy, and delicious!

    Ughhh.. What is not to like. Some recent fav's are 1) Queso del invierno, ascutney mountain, boucher blue, slyboro. Don't forget to grab a caramel too.

    Some staff members are very cheese-snooty, ie not that helpful. Two younger girls here though gave us the best cheese experience of our lives!
