You have to Enjoy the Location! It's in the Middle of Everything! Rooms were nice & My floor was quiet (38th) ~ Staff was available & nice!Votato positivo Feb 3

Brian FawstinOttobre 5, 2014I went there this morning to pick up a Starbucks and "Turn down for what" was playing in the lobby speakers. I have to say, not sure if it was appropriate but I sure liked it!
The elevator makes me dizzy! On the other hand, the hotel is connected to the mall, which is very nice.
If they offer a handicap room take it! They are BIG!
It's a great place to stay and it's near the river walk and mall.

Slowest elevators of ALL TIME. Staff is absolutely wonderful & everything else is great.
Service is dismal at the restaurant on the 2nd floor. Better to eat at the lobby bar.

Boingo wireless is a roaming partner-- subscribe to one of their packages for less than the cost of a day of hotel Internet access!

Maegan RamirezOttobre 30, 2012Everyone's whining about how slow the elevator is. It's not slow. There is free WiFi in the lobby, it should be everywhere, but I made do.
'High-speed' lobby wifi is as slow as dial-up.
If you're attending a conference, bring a sweater...or your parka.
Not really impressed ..... Home2 a better hotel n less expensive

"Amazing hotel! We were on the 22nd floor so we had an amazing view of downtown. Check out the pool on the 5th floor, it's a rooftop pool! It's very close to the river walk for restaurants too!"
