Nice view overlooking the ocean and harbor, food is ok, nothing spectacular. Mildly overpriced, but expected for a tourist stop.

Bar table tops were open after we were told 30-45 minute wait. We asked for the bar table and sat in 5 minutes

Overpriced, crap presentation, stale fries, and an hour wait. The only thing worth going for is the stunning view. Sam's can't deliver on the hype.
