Great butchers with a fantastic store full of grains, tinned fish, and local produce. Sit at the bar for great beer and wine. Burger is among the best in town and brunch is spectacular.

Incredible selection of natural, organic and dry farmed wines from around the world with an incredibly knowledgeable staff.
Superb. They're just getting their legs under them so when you come in, imagine you're in a general store/butcher/tavern in the early 1900s, talk to people, and enjoy the scene.

"Don't forgo the 'nduja for spicier kick"- Good brunch, better lunchtime sandwiches plus good beer curation. The burger is great if they have it on the menu.

The butcher burger is possibly the best thing to ever grace the planet. Get some of the brioche rolls to go with it -- cannot go wrong!

The best. Butcher, eatery, drinks! Nothing quite like it in Austin.- $94 for 4 drinks and a can of sardines with stale crackers. This place has gone downhill.
Super yummy sandwiches and beer, but the service wasn't great.

512 crewMarzo 25, 2013Poor service! Looked good but left w/o eating after sitting @ the bar for 20+ mins w/o a word being said to us. Bartender served drinks to the couple next to us then took a break to text on his cell.
