Yes, it is open. It just looks abandoned at night. Go up the stairs on the patio and through the double doors.
Lobster roll is market price but worth it! It is so fresh and stuffed with lobster meat.
It’s the same ride as Bigfoot rapids but they just paved over the Bigfoot tracks. He’s even still there at the end of the ride. :/
