Really great place to get a beverage and sit down to work for a bit. Great music, lots of light, and great seating options.

The best place in the slope to sit, work and drink coffee in the slope. It’s also a great bar and definitely try any variation of the Stuffed Jacket Potato.

This is NOT a good place to get work done or hang out in general. The music is consistently super LOUD. Get it to go!

Their espresso is the best in the neighborhood. If you get a cortado, be careful not to burn your fingers! The glass of the tumblers they are served in is thin!

It's just the cozy place to stop for a balanced shot of espresso or a cool iced anything.

This is a good spot to get some work done away from office/home. Wifi always works, which isn't always the case at coffee shops and eateries.

The food here is generally quite good, though you might have to wait a while if ordering a sandwich.

ham and cheese croissant is overpriced considering that a fresh egg sandwich is half the price. but morning staff is awesome

cool place, kind staff, good coffee but the wifi (crappy WEP encryption) didn't work on my computer, so i had to move to another place to work :(

This used to be the coziest couch around, until they remodeled and replaced comfort with industrial steel. Guess they didn't want customers lingering all day?

Just left root hill. Person at counter seemed put out at the thought of having to serve me. Coffee and muffin were both terrible.
