The Berlin Wall East Side Gallery showcases the work of 106 international artists on a 1.3km section of the original wall. A world symbol of freedom, it’s also the world’s biggest open-air gallery.
For centuries the primary residence of the Hohenzollern kings. The GDR government razed the barely war-damaged palace in 1951 and, 25 years later, replaced it with the Palast der Republik.
I don't think not too many people know about this park. If you have extra time in Berlin, go a bit further and take a walk. Along the river, there are a few places to eat & drink.
If you have a single speed and a few hours to spare, this is the only place to go. Enjoy a ride on the old landing strips of this now opened for public military airport.
Must see. Libeskind's building is a superb example of "emotional" architecture. Visit the basement and the holocaust tower but beware it is very disorienting and disturbing.

A very interesting place for everyone into history, currently there is an exhbition about antique.
Amazing Chipperfield's work... Just the building justifies the visit!!! Imagine all de rest!!
This is a place to learn much about technique science. There are lots of experiments and visible tryouts. If you are into science- CHECK IT OUT!! :)
Free admission and the only place in Berlin that you can see the wall and the recreated no-man's land between the east and the west.
