Rocketown

Rates include one house engineer to assist w/ your sound & lighting needs. Sound, lighting, & technical needs must be discussed w/ engineer prior to your event to insure you have the necessary equipment & staffing lined up for your event. An additional rocketown engineer can be added at a day rate of $250.00.

Rocketown welcomes any rental companies for tables, chairs, & decorations. The event coordinator is happy to place any orders for these items for your event.

Rocketown parking is limited & arrangements need to be discussed w/ the facilities manager prior to your event.

Rocketown has a security ratio of 1:75 for events. Security is arranged by rocketown & the client is billed for this expense on a post-event invoice.

Rocketown does not have a service fee or a minimum requirement. Booking is based on availability. Contact rocketown’s event coordinator as soon as possible if you have particular dates in mind. Complimentary holds will be placed for you if the date is available. Once a date has been agreed upon, a contract must be signed & a deposit made to confirm your event. Full payment is due upon the event date.
