It's aite. Food is moderately priced. Service was bad tho. Literally took 20 min to order when empty. It was a newbie guy but no one apologized, not even the senior waiters who resolved the issue.
Same as other tea stations but newer/smaller. Tea and boba were good which is nice since some tea stations have been lacking in quality recently. On the expensive side (large only), but good quality.
Decent bread selection and plenty of cafe items. Indoor and outdoor seats available.
Nice place to walk. You can bring your dog so it's a good evening stroll.
Pineapple bread and meat pastries are good. Also three different egg tarts, but Portuguese style is king.
