So many amazing memories over my 20+ years of attending games here!!!! The legacy, but not the physical shit hole, will truly be missed... esp all of the sections shaking when fans jump!!

Still Standing.. it still has Redskins stuff Here, Statue of George Preston Marshall(First owner) and oh yeah DC United Home Games there.. its a safe bet the skins will be back here one day.

At a show on September 20 1987 Bono fell off the rain-slicked stage and dislocated his arm. He wore a sling for 12 shows on the Joshua Tree Tour which is visible at some points during "Rattle and Hum"

If you're going to see D.C. United, make sure you get a vodka lemonade during the game. Better yet, come tailgate with Screaming Eagles in Lot 8 before the match!

Word on the street is the Skins will be back in DC in the next 3 to 4 years in a dome stadium. I dont know how good this source is but sounds good to me.....

For D.C. United games, get seats close to the Barra Brava (sections 135 to 138 and 233 to 235), which contains the liveliest fans.

The stadium opens an hour (60 minutes) prior to kickoff. Arrive early to avoid lines and to get a copy of the matchday program.

Yeah they'll allow unopened water bottles in on 100 degree days, but you have to open them at security and you don't get caps back. Worst policy ever.
