Great resort in Mulu. Transport from airport and to the national park. Really rainforest paradise. The place was quite empty and felt like a private resort. Flexible about schedule changes.
Much nicer airport than I expected. Heads up that you might need to go through immigration control again if you fly in from other parts of Malaysia. Just a formality, but thought it was interesting.

The most iconic hotel of Hong Kong. They have very strict rules for afternoon tea. Guys must wear closed-toe shoes or be turned away. That's on top of the guaranteed long wait.
Posh hotel in Central. The Clipper Lounge is great for afternoon tea - it's not expensive given the amount of food you get.
