No one has mentioned that this is the TALLEST hotel in the Western Hemisphere. The top floor is the 65th. Be sure to ask for a room with large windows. On my first trip, I got only a small window.

marvellous! I can't forget the view from my room . Service is excellent & the hotel is at the center of everything all you need is to walk & enjoy.

This is a great new place to stay in midtown, and is just a couple blocks away from the subway. I've stayed here twice and really like it.

Great views. We were on 53rd floor with a view to the river and the park. Was even better than expected. Good breakfast. Kitchen was useful too. Comfy bed. Staff were helpful. Definitely worth it.

Fantastic location, great amenities. Was the perfect place to live and work at during a home renovation project. Super pet-friendly and made us feel welcome every day.

Modern upgrades to the rooms. Extremely helpful staff. Great view of nyc and central location for walking to many great points.

It was good staying. Make sure you book through booking there is a huge different in pricing. Thier front desk employees need to be trained more in how to welcome people

Lovely hotel with good facilities. However, the price is a bit steep. Maybe that is due to the location. It will be good if free breakfast can be added to the package.

Ya no conviene demasiado habitación con vista al parque. Sé construyeron edificios que bloquean la vista. Las habitaciones con vista a times Square son ideales y si puedes pide habitación en esquina

Small rooms but you expect that for NYC. Everything is clean which is what you want. Your not here to stay in your room after all.

This hotel has some maintenance issues. I appears it was built very cheaply.

Had to ask them to clean my room twice in a 3 day stay. Not sure why they didn't clean it in the first place.
