Excellent, small classes that incorporate cardio, weights, and resistance. Instructors give options for students of different levels and are attentive to your form. Recommended!

The best workout I've ever experienced . It's like personal training in a small group setting. The instructors are all great and will kindly correct your form. I wish they had one in Michigan!

If you enjoy dripping sweat in your eyes for nonstop 35minutes, go for it! Great place, great class, and one stop away from 42nd street for us NJ residents :)

Amazing workout! Only an hour long, but you'll be moving and working hard the whole time. Expect to get sweaty & leave w. shaky muscles!
