    Hush puppies are coated in some sort of light brown sugar goodness. Had the baby back ribs...didn't quite fall off the bone, but they were still seasoned very well.

    The best thing I tried was the Chicken flatbread. Smoked chicken plate was pretty good but I think I'd wait for them to work out the kinks before trying the brisket, Mac n cheese, or beans again.
