I like coming to Rainbow Foods. There is good selection of natural products . The prices are a little high but there are things I like. I get greens, cheese, and shampoo here. Owner is veg no meat

They have a small pet food section. Also i love the Dorchester English Cheese. Try it out you will never go back to the Kraft etc stuff!

If you want no ppd hair colour try the mountain brand henna it's a two stage henna and covers grey, the key is all in the length of curing time and follow the instruction to the letter
