John SmileyGiugno 24, 2011Second time here. Great location. Room was clean. Air Conditioner worked. Staff is helpful and friendly. If you arrive early leave your bags and walk the Magnificent Mile.
Great hotel, great location. The raspberry martini's are so yummy. Friendly staff. I wish they had recycling bins in the room.
The bar is open after 5 during the week. They will stow your bags if you arrive early so you can shop while you wait. The Signature Lounge in the Hancock Center offers FANTASTIC views!!

Great Boutique hotel in can't-beat location for bargain price! Stayed here twice--just paid $108 for two room deluxe suite with microwave and fridge! Frugal and fabulous!
