Danny AlvarezMaggio 30, 2015This place is great, I love the pools, they have two! One with and one without a heater so one gets very cold! They have a slide, a pizza hut, room service and free WiFi! The WiFi is very slow tho
Si su objetivo es ir a los parques usando su shuttle el servicio es fatal. Su última salida es a las 10 pm, lo que hará que te pierdas los shows nocturnos de todos los parques. Muy caótico.

Be aware: the warm kids pool has so much Clorine that it will destroy your swimwear! My son's swimming trunks got destroyed; first time in use brand new HF!

Kelsey MartinGennaio 22, 2013Beds were damp every time we walked back into the room. Wallpaper is peeling off walls. Room smells of mildew. Most of the staff is friendly and the hot tub/pool are is great! Fitness center lacking.

Please stop by the guest services desk for all your park information and theme park tickets.- The WiFi works well all over: rooms, lobby, bars, pool area! A great thing for a foreigner!!!
Renovated rooms look nice - staff friendly. Sleep number beds no longer at this hotel. Website needs updating to reflect this change. New beds are like bricks.

The pool area is awesome! But the beds suck and they don't have many shuttles to and from Universal.

No free computers and the Deli Diner / Pizza Hut are overpriced but everything else is great. Bring your own laptop. Sweet pools.

Meaghan BOttobre 21, 2012Rooms are not like the ones they show on the website. The AC is loud, elevators are slow, and shower has no water pressure what so ever. FYI: You get charged a resort fee for each night you stay.

Really ok hotel, nice pool, ok rooms. Avoid the breakfast though.
MyrlinsGiugno 29, 2013HORRIBLE! Strong odor of cleaning products to cover the smell of cigarette that was left from person before us. Woke up with a headache from the smell. Nasty furniture, noisy people. Never again!

Definitely not happy and the brazilian lady at the front desk is rude!
