This place is great, I love the pools, they have two! One with and one without a heater so one gets very cold! They have a slide, a pizza hut, room service and free WiFi! The WiFi is very slow tho

Si su objetivo es ir a los parques usando su shuttle el servicio es fatal. Su última salida es a las 10 pm, lo que hará que te pierdas los shows nocturnos de todos los parques. Muy caótico.

Friendly staff, Clean room, sleep number beds are comfortable, Breakfast is good, pool areas, whirlpool and slide is awesome. Great for kids

La camas son super Comodas, el hotel ya está un poco anticuado. La pisicina es deli y los cócteles también.

Free drinks in the bar from 5 to 6, and they gjve you buy one get one free drinks. Also, has nice cafe, and shuttle's to Disney world

Good luck trying to figure the parking/lobby situation at night when you're tired, but the rooms were nice and clean and the beds were good too. Would come back.

Be aware: the warm kids pool has so much Clorine that it will destroy your swimwear! My son's swimming trunks got destroyed; first time in use brand new HF!

Front desk staff very nice and property and Libby maintained well. Rooms are just average but only sleeping each night in between amazing trips to the parks.

There are no microwaves in the rooms and they are currently remodeling. I was willing to overlook that for the price as we got a group rate for our soccer team.

Beds were damp every time we walked back into the room. Wallpaper is peeling off walls. Room smells of mildew. Most of the staff is friendly and the hot tub/pool are is great! Fitness center lacking.

Absolutely LOVED this place. The heated pool & randomly placed grotto hot tubs are a nice touch.

Nice unit but beware leaving anything that can drift from your room via any kind of staff. Lets see how they handle b/c i am not 100% satisfied. Tip= use the safety box

Renovated rooms look nice - staff friendly. Sleep number beds no longer at this hotel. Website needs updating to reflect this change. New beds are like bricks.

The pool area is awesome! But the beds suck and they don't have many shuttles to and from Universal.

No free computers and the Deli Diner / Pizza Hut are overpriced but everything else is great. Bring your own laptop. Sweet pools.

Rooms are not like the ones they show on the website. The AC is loud, elevators are slow, and shower has no water pressure what so ever. FYI: You get charged a resort fee for each night you stay.

they don't tell you the hotel is under major renovations, the sleep number beds are awful btw and there's way to much chlorine in every pool and hot tub ! 2 stars

Staff nice, rooms small and horrible, building itself was horrible, old building, was supposedly renovated, but need a lot more work. Overall I hated it 2 star

HORRIBLE! Strong odor of cleaning products to cover the smell of cigarette that was left from person before us. Woke up with a headache from the smell. Nasty furniture, noisy people. Never again!

Sadly no wifi - rooms require hardwire web us and upu are limited to a desk area in room. I suggest a mifi or such device

THIS PLACE IS SIMPLY HORRIBLE. HOUSEKEEPING DIDN'T EVEN EMPTY OUR TRASH OR SWEPT THE FLOOR. THE PLACE IS OLD AND DIRTY. LOOKS GREAT FROM THE OUTSIDE BUT IT'S CRAP EVERYTHING ELSE.

I couldn't sleep because my AC sounded like a damn helicopter was landing and my toilet sounded like a bomb when it was flush. Definitely not happy and the brazilian lady at the front desk is rude!

Rooms smell like wet dog and don't look like what they show in the picture. Beware of misleading deals/perks. I give the hotel 2 stars not 3 1/2.

The rooms are really old. Need an update!! The AC is so noisy that you cannot leave it on too sleep..
