Not just a "good enough" neighborhood gym,it's excellent! Has all the equipment you need, great staff. You can come & feel comfortable no matter how you look! No "Muscleheads"Glad i found this place!

For the neighborhood gym, it's totally fine! Plus, it was utopia lanes so that's fun but it's worth the $. No gym is perfect.- My fav shake is the Elvis. Yoga on wed nights is amazing, she sets the tone by singing.
Its great going in the afternoon. The place is practically empty & you got all the machines to yourself :)
Best gym ever especially since they expanded to upstairs.
