The breakfast is so good, try the Caprese, Press burrito, and the egg sandwich.For coffee espresso and the variety of cold lattes are so good. Great atmosphere if you wanna study or get the work done.

Good coffee, patio seating with solid shade (north of the building)! but for the time being I need a better wifi connection.
