    The Staff here are helpful. Massage chair on level 3 helped w Chronic Thoracic pain (kinda). Tanning can become the motivating factor to lift & cardio sometimes 🤣🤣

    The coolest thing about this place is that it's open 24/7. If I feeling like going at 3am, no problem! It's also not a glam gym. No attitudes, no make-up or diamond tiaras, just sweat and respect.

    This gym is constantly crowded by dummies doing set after set of arm curls. It sucks ass.
