My 1st Saturday in this gym around 930 really good time to go equipment is available and cardio as well. Just bring some conan the barbarian soundtrack to get the blood flowing

Try to get there before everyone gets off of work. It's nearly impossible to get to the machines you want afterwards.

Open 24/7 on week days. So, go any time after 1am its super empty.

If you go about 5:00 on a weekday it's more like a club than a gym. Fridays are just ridiculous.
