Campground on Lake MI.Lots of kids! Sites pretty level. No concrete pads, expensive camping in tourist area. Has above ground pool, putt putt, basketball, some FHU. Ferry shuttle to Mackinaw island.
This is a MUST STOP traveling to the north part of MI. Fresh fruit, bakery, donuts, pies, jams, applesauce, gifts, playground w picnic area, bistro w soups & sandwiches, chicken salad & pizza! ❤️
Fun little harbor. Good sights, shopping & ice cream! Took a sunset cruise out of this harbor.
Love this trail! We started at Suttons Bay onnour bikes and went about 8 miles. I think it goes all the way in to Traverse City.
Super nice Rv resort and you pay for it! Stopped for a night driving thru Traverse City.
Weekend market w fresh vegetables, Amish baked goods, soaps, fresh flowers & made to order French crepes!
Nice place to watch the evening sunset. A lot of foot traffic on the beach here & it’s left the beach looking trashy.
You do need a day or annual pass to enter. Small SP. view the lighthouse & hike a few trails around the water. Museum on site free. Cost about $5./person to go inside the lighthouse. No beach area.
Great harbor area, picnic tables, shade, restrooms, 2 beach areas. Lots of parking & shopping & food nearby.
Looked nice tho I didn’t go in. Stopped for diesel across the street, good gas prices.
They had more wine for sale than food lol. I went in to buy Hudson ice cream. Black cherry flavor. Yummo!!
Go early before the sand gets too hot. You can climb in socks, barefoot, trek shoes etc. Allow 2-3 hours at least 4 would be better. Bring LOTS of drinking water!!!!! Great place for photos!!
Inside a mall like setting. Nice t’s, assorted clothing/hats & great footwear!
Great restaurant, bakery & gift shop! Try their meat loaf Manhattan! Hop on a horse & buggy ride.
It was awesome, great experience touring dairy, eating ice cream & drinking milk! Free petting zoo too!
