It is definitely cool and upscale spot for relaxing and enjoying your company. They play good music but it's definitely not a spot you can do hardcore dancing. The best time to go is Mondays

Manhattan's first bi-level rooftop lounge.Hotel guests have unrestricted access from 5pm to 9:30--after that it's up to the doorman. Good celeb spotting. Fun for after concerts nearby!

Pretentious rooftop, upscale vibe and exceptional skyline views, PH-D has all the elements of a good time. I'm definitely clubbing here and closing the bar down

The crowd is classy and dressy, and the view is great! Good music, but the crowd does range a little older (late 20's to late 30's). Come with a promoter to grab a table!

One of the best high end places in NYC. Great music and good drinks. The location and view are the most important thing. Good for who wants to party in the city without having creepy guys around !!!

One of the top rooftop clubs in NYC. One of the most fun venues if you have plenty of cash to spend. Beautiful or rich patrons only because they’re strict at the door.

The french fries are everything and there's enough for everyone to share. Perfect place for entertaining out of towners with the NYC views. And the day parties are the best.

U need to pass tree security guards before u finally get in! Magnificent view! Nice interior and nobody smokes, so u won't smell too bad after the party :)

Easier to get into than Tao next door. No seating unless you buy out a table so that's unfortunate. Views of uptown are very nice and impressive. Very mixed crowd.

It was super easy for 2 girls to get in on a Thursday night. DJ was fine, vibe is more classy than clubby but we danced nonetheless

Mirrors, glass chandeliers, and black marble make PH-D feel like a party at Studio 54, where the clientele are poshly dressed. Head up to the twelfth floor deck to see outrageous views.

We went for an ASW event last week. My girlfriend had her drink spilled and the barstaff and manager were so gracious. Totally perfect customer service.

Great space. awesome drinks, although a little overpriced. You're better off getting a bottle service. Rooftop views are stunning.

Ask Alex nicely and he'll let you up. Best table is the one right below the DJ booth or make your way up to the DJ booth for the best view.
