Go to PDT and get the bacon flavored bourbon. They use Momofuku bacon fat to flavor it. The tater tots are an excellent companion.

The doorwoman said the wait was 3 hours (Friday around 10:30pm), which was not true. (More like 45 min) She had an attitude unfortunately. :(
