The Park Lane has the best location of the city. It is a charming, small, a bit tired but lovely hotel that is perfect for someone who knows his way around and loves the feeling of being home.

The Park Lane is superbly placed right next to Central Park. But there is so much to be improved. Beds need replacing, bathrooms are crying for an upgrade. There is no ROOM SERVICE! But it is charming

Fabulous hotel on Central Park with fantastic views! Amazing renovations completed in 2022 with a stellar rooftop lounge on the 47th floor.

Get a park view, totally worth it. But don't expect much from housekeeping. Also, you'll find the fridge in the bathroom.

Hotel mto bom... Vista maravilhosa, a unica coisa que nao gostei foi a cortina da banheira, aonde fica o chuveiro... Molha o chão todo e se vc põe ela por dentro fica voando em vc no banho kkkkkkk

Если ничего не открывать и никуда не заглядывать-хорошо все! Виды у отеля шикарные. Цена доступная 1200 usd/4 night. Убирают исправно.

Wifi isn't great. Rooms are not big enough. Amazing views, great location, beautiful - luxury lounge and lobby.

Confortavel apesar de antigo e bem cuidado. Cama excelente? Servico muito bom. Se vc pegar um quarto de frente a vista é imperdível

You have to pay for internet. Room service sometimes never arrives. Had a/c set for 65 for three days and the room is still 74 degrees. Beware of using the internet in the lobby! I wouldnt recommend.

Eat and drink for 40 $ every day between 5-7 pm - cause you will pay that extra for facilities

Really really bad service I think it's should be a one star Hotail if not -1 they don't have anything in the room everything must be ordered they don't even have a scale!!! Never again

This hotel is terrible, the customer service not good at all, rooms are very old, not clean and they smell like poop. Don’t stay here.
