Park out by Macy's. You can get great spots, and it's not nearly as crowded as the garage or the 95th and Quivira main lots.

Really difficult to find a parking spot on weekends, very crowded but there's a good variety of shops for anyone's taste.

A shop that sells drones refused to give me a refund said it was Oak Park Mall policy, a phone number for the company, or parts.
