A.: If Sake-no-hana ran a ramen joint—super slick. Keep in mind what's standard elsewhere are extras here i.e. boiled egg and though the menu looks limited, customise with items like the curry ball, epic!

A.: Cute, caf style ramen bar popular with Japanese patrons. In all honesty the stock isn't as intense as Tonkotsu, as refined as Shoryu or as ballsy as Bone Daddies, but fuck it, I didn't have to wait.

A.: The broth of their Tonkotsu ramen is actually decent, but the noodles are a bit too soft and the pork over cooked (can't really call it cha siu). Still, it'll do a job if you can't get to Soho
