Overrated, races are even more overrated, & overcrowded...& staff of this place (yes this includes Janet) were rude, unfriendly & very unhelpful...NYRR, you disappointed me

Some lady at the front desk was SO rude. Guessing this is Janet according to the other tips? I only saw her interacting with others and it wasn't pretty!
