Love this place! Doesn't get too crowded if you go in the late afternoon. Staff are very friendly and trainers are awesome.

The steam rooms are tiled and the saunas are designed in the classic Finnish style, with wooden benches and walls. Members can request a spray bottle of eucalyptus for added respiratory cleansing.

This location's television stations on the cardio machines are very limited. Just food network, CNBC & a sports channel
