Jenn HMarzo 8, 2015This place is just getting worse and management is apathetic or missing the mark. Staff is mindless and rules supersede crowd management and comfort. We were told re entry was ok then gave us trouble.

Don't use your phone during the show - the ushers will call you out!
We have a subscription to City Center's Encores, which is excellent if you can get seats.
