Forget the chains. Go here! I come mostly for the hair products - salon grade, good quality stuff. Great service, dog friendly and they carry top shelf fragrances too.

Wesley (look for the tall black bald guy) gives better advice than 99% of the cosmetics counters in this city! Impressive and eclectic collection long on hard-to-find and rare products!

Another great NYC apothecary with an interesting mix of product (for both personal and interior use). Ask for Wesley. He can definitely help find something that's just right for you.

Always try here first if you're in the area and need a pharmacist. They treated me like a living person even when I didn't feel or act like one. The healthcare industry needs more people like them.
