Bring a friend and start off with 2 small lentil soups. After that you can easily split a hummus bowl between you both. The chicken option is a bit dry so either go plain or the felafel option.
A hidden gem. I recommend a power plate with quinoa, chicken shawa, Mediterranean salad and feta cheese.

Update- my review from 2010 mentioned an unfriendly employee. I frankly can't remember her. Since 2010 I've been going to Nanoosh once a week and experienced nothing but good food and good attitude.

- The food is great. The chick(pea) taking the order is extremely severe and unkind. Crack a smile girl then maybe I'll leave my quarter on the counter.
- Falafel wrap is amazing. The pickles are everything.
The girl behind the counter clearly hates her job and is pretty surly, but that said, the hummus is amazing and I can't get enough! Great for a refreshing, change for lunch or a post-office snack.

Michael S.Giugno 12, 2010A whole place devoted to Hummus? It tastes the same as all hummus but I guess you know it's fresh. The cashier paused to check her phone while taking our order. That was annoying but food is good:-)
